Nonjabulo has recently been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer responsible for the Finance department at Eswatini Bank. Her professional experience encompasses financial management, strategic planning, risk management and treasury management.
She started her career as an audit trainee at KPMG Swaziland, where she completed her articles and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Her years in audit came with vast experience in both internal and external audit across various sectors in Eswatini.
She then transitioned into the financial services sector, firstly joining Old Mutual Eswatini as a Product Accountant and then she moved to FNB Eswatini as the Finance Manager- Reporting. In her years within the Finance department at FNB, she worked with the CFO and Finance team in transforming from a traditional banking mindset to a more forward-thinking approach by leveraging off advanced analytics to gain valuable insights into the market trends, product performance and operational efficiencies’. After a number of years with the Finance department she then moved into the Treasury Department as the Treasury Manager.
Nonjabulo is passionate about educating people on financial wellness. Her experience in financial services has assisted her to share knowledge on creating small financial habits to the youth in church, women and small business owners that she encounters. Teaching and coaching come naturally to her as she works a lot with the youth and children’s ministry in her church (African Methodist Episcopal Church), with the hope of contributing positively in building a wealthier society.
