Africa Week Workshops are a collection of relatively small workshops that take place in various venues on the campus. The location of these venues ranges from the classrooms to the cafeteria and quite literally everywhere on campus. The groups that are handled by each workshop are deliberated by tutor groups. The focus of these workshops is to altogether provide the students at Waterford Kamhlaba with an enthralling and captivating series of activities and spectrums that provide essential knowledge, skills and experiences around the continent of Africa.

In total there will be 23 workshops that discuss and interact with various topics that range from African Film to Africa Cuisine. The caretakers of these workshops will be both members of the faculty, students and various off-campus organisations.

In total there will be 16 workshops that discuss and interact with various topics that range from African Games and African Cuisine. The caretakers of these workshops will be both members of the faculty as well as students.
